We don't generate enough paper to be shredded in a weeks time, how can you help us?

We understand that all business's have different needs. That is why we provide our lockable cabinets to you free of charge and we schedule your document destruction needs according to your use. It could be weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The cabinets also provide a source for your paper recycling needs.

We currently use a shredding service similar to Confidential Records, Inc. What makes you different?

We are a complete records management company that can store documents and shred documents under one roof. Our mobile trucks can destroy your documents on site, or pick them up and transport them in locked containers back to our facility where we can destroy them in our high capacity machine, saving you more money.

Should you require storage, we will come to your facility, pick up your records, transport them back to our warehouse where they are cataloged and entered into our records management system. You receive quarterly inventory reports of those records we have in storage for you.

Should you need a particular record we can retrieve it and deliver it to you as needed. Once records become obsolete we can destroy them for you in our high capacity shredder also located in our warehouse.
