What can and cannot be shredded?

Our mobile shredding trucks will cross shred all material that includes file folders, accordion file folders, envelopes, green-bar and blue-bar dot matrix journals, paper clips, staples, rubber bands, two hole hasp fasteners (found at top of file folders), and spiral notebooks. We cannot shred three ring binders (contents only), black butterfly clips, hanging file jackets, or any heavy metal objects.

want regular shredding service?

We offer three sizes of secure containers so you can choose the size that best fits your needs. We are happy to make suggestions to get you started with the right unit. You can add or remove units at any time. If you schedule regular shredding service, the units are free. You only pay for the shredding. You can also choose the frequency of shredding service from as often as every week to as little as once a quarter.

What is NAID AAA Certification?

National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) has developed a set of high security standards for AAA Certified companies. The certification requires an annual audit performed by a security professional with the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation that is issued by the American Society for Industrial Security. The NAID AAA Certification program establishes standards for the secure destruction process including areas in security, employee screening, operational destruction process, and insurance.
